by Michael

NOLO living trust maker
by: Mo Johnson

The answer is "yes, generally." But, no software program can do as thorough a job as an attorney in asking you questions and ensuring the trust is what you need and there are no unexpected consequences. In most cases, these on-line trust makers will work fine. The problem is, sometimes they won't. And, it's impossible to know for sure (without talking to a trust attorney) which situation you are in. This why we say:

Don't do your own living trust.
