How transfer Mutual Fund to Trust?

Has anyone been successful in transferring a mutual fund to a trust that paperwork was filed by attorney but never retitled to trust. I have the original paperwork from attorney.

Hi, I don't really understand your question. Was the paperwork sent to the mutual fund? It should be a very simple matter to re-title the mutual funds from an indivudual's name to the name of the individual's trust. Have you talked to the mutual fund company about how to do that?

I'm assuming you already have a trust, correct?
