Three Of Us -- Joint Living Trust Trustees?

by NORMAN
(KEY WEST, FLORIDA)

Can my wife and I and a friend make a JOINT LIVING TRUST whereby all three of us could act as TRUSTEE?

Editor's Note: Of course we can't offer specific legal advice. But, certainly there can be multiple trustees of a living trust. But, that raises questions about how much authority you want each person to have -- particularly the friend. Undoubtedly, you would be well served by talking the matter through with a good living trust attorney in your state.

All the Best!
