AM I ABLE TO SET UP SOME TYPE OF TRUST, TRANSFER FOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES INTO THE TRUST, BORROW MONEY ON THE DEBT FREE REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES TO PURCHASE ANOTHER RENTAL PROPERTY, LEND OF SOME OF THE MORTGAGE PROCEEDS WITH INTEREST TO MYSELF, BE FREE OF ANY LIEN FILINGS BY ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND BE FREE FROM ANY LAWSUITS BY THIRD PARTIES?
