My brother has the same name as my father ...

My parents said they have a Living Trust and they're finally going to give me a copy. I've never really asked. But the troubling thing to me is that my scheemy brother said that since he has the same name as my father (and he also went to the bank and took my fathers money out last year--fraud) that the house is his.... How can I protect myself against a scheemer like that? AND also his girlfriend is a State Farm agent and I asked if she took out a life insurance on either of them. Any suggestions would be great.
