Living trust legality vs Will

If a person has made a will, then becomes disabled through dementia and the care provider says they were made executor, can they then change and set up a living trust?

Where could I go to try to invalidate a living trust set up under the above conditions?

No, a will executor can't change the will to a trust
by: Mo

Your first question is easy -- no, the executor of a will can't change the will to a trust without approval of the testator of the will.

As for how to get the problem fixed, you should discuss that with a good, local, estate and trust attorney.
