How can children get money out of father's living trust ?

Two brothers got nothing after their father passed away. Father and his second wife have living trust. Everything goes to his second wife. No kids in second marriage. Is there a hope for them (the kids) to inherit anything?

QTIP Trust

It will depend on whether the trust had a QTIP Provision which is used specifically for this situation. If not, then it will probably be up to the goodness of the second wife.
